Can I try SONYA for free?
Of course! Your first 30 days are on us. Sign up for a new Sonya account and you'll be using Sonya like a pro in no time. No credit card needed.
If you love it (and we think you will), you can continue using Sonya simply by providing us with your payment details.
DO YOU OFFER CUSTOM PLANS?
We do, but only if you have a company with a lot of employees. Get in touch at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll figure something out.
CAN I PAY ANNUALLY?
Yes, Sonya is also available on an annual subscription plan for customers with more than 50 users. Please contact us at email@example.com for more information.
WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept Visa, MasterCard or American Express. We can also arrange payment by bank transfer for customers with more than 50 users.
WHERE CAN I FIND THE RECEIPT FOR THE SUBSCRIPTION I BOUGHT?
If you bought the subscription inside the app you will receive a receipt via e-mail from Google Play (Android) or iTunes Store (iOS) within 1-5 working days after your purchase. Please contact Google Play or iTunes Store if you don't receive any receipt. If you bought the subscription through our web pages, you can download the receipt directly from the billing page after logging in.
HOW DO I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?
If you bought the subscription on Android, please follow this tutorial. If you bought it through our web pages, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If you bought the subscription on iOS, it will not renew unless you manually opt-in for another month or year.
WILL I GET A refund FOR THE CURRENT BILLING CYCLE IF I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?
We do not offer a refund for the current billing cycle. Instead, you will have access to the canceled service until the end of the current billing cycle, at which time the subscription is terminated.
